This website is operated by Bok Seng Group (“Bok Seng”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our online store is hosted on Wix., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products to you.

1. ELIGIBILITY & USE OF WEBSITE

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the legal age in your place of residence; or

  • You are using this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

 

You agree not to use our website or products for any illegal, unauthorised or prohibited purpose, and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

2. PRODUCTS & INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing and availability are accurate. However:

  • Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen.

  • Actual products may vary slightly from images shown.

  • Product specifications, packaging and details may change without notice.

 

We reserve the right to modify, limit or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

For collectible, scale or brick-built models, minor variations in colour, livery, markings, proportions, components and other details may occur.

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order on our website:

  • You are making an offer to purchase.

  • An order is only considered accepted once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed by us.

 

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order.

  • Limit quantities per customer, household or order.

  • Cancel orders that appear to be placed for unauthorised resale or commercial purposes.

  • Cancel an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced or listed in error.

 

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded in accordance with our policies.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Prices:

  • May change without notice.

  • Do not include delivery or handling charges unless stated otherwise.

 

Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

5. DELIVERY & RISK

We reserve the right to select a suitable delivery service provider at our discretion. Delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We will make reasonable efforts to pack all orders securely. However, some products, particularly collectible models and items containing small or delicate components, may be susceptible to damage or dislodged parts during transit.

​

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if there are any issues, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

​

If you request a specific delivery provider or delivery method, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

​

Local Deliveries (Singapore)

Local delivery addresses must:

  • Be a valid address within Singapore.

  • Not be a freight forwarding location.

 

We do not deliver to:

  • PO Boxes.

  • Jurong Island.

  • Army camps.

  • Offshore islands, including Pulau Ubin.

  • Shipyards or other restricted-access locations.
     

Overseas Deliveries

Overseas delivery addresses must be clearly and accurately provided.

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • The delivery address is correct and complete.

  • The destination country permits the import of the item.

 

We currently do not ship to:

  • Africa.

  • South America.

  • The Middle East.

  • Eastern Europe.

  • Russia.

 

Any import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country shall be borne entirely by the customer.

If delivery fails due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

  • Refusal to accept delivery.

  • Inability to access the delivery location.

 

Any additional delivery, storage or re-delivery costs shall be borne by the customer.

6. PREORDERS & LIMITED EDITIONS

For preorder or limited-run items:

  • Full payment is required upfront.

  • Estimated availability and delivery dates are subject to supplier, manufacturing and production timelines.

  • Product specifications or packaging may be subject to reasonable changes during production.
     

We reserve the right to cancel a preorder if:

  • Production is delayed indefinitely.

  • A supplier or manufacturer fails to deliver.

  • The product cannot reasonably be supplied.

  • Circumstances beyond our control arise.
     

Where we cancel a preorder, payments received for the affected item will be refunded. We are not liable for any additional losses arising from such cancellation to the extent permitted by law.
 

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

 

We do not accept “change of mind” returns.

Any return, refund or exchange is subject to the item being returned to and inspected by Bok Seng Group at a location designated by us.

​

Bok Seng Group does not provide on-site inspection, doorstep exchange or item collection at a customer’s premises unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

​

Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of returning items to us, unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.

​

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Singapore law.
 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos.

  • Brand names.

  • Designs.

  • Images.

  • Illustrations.

  • Text.

  • Graphics.

  • Product artwork and packaging.

is owned by or licensed to Bok Seng Group or the relevant rights holder.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or use any content without our prior written consent, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks and intellectual property appearing on products or this website remain the property of their respective owners.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you breach these Terms or use our Services in an unlawful, fraudulent or inappropriate manner.
 

Any rights, obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall continue to apply where appropriate.

We may collect personal information including, but not limited to, your name, contact number, email address, billing address and delivery address for purposes connected with processing and fulfilling your order, providing customer service and operating the e-store.
 

Payment information may be processed by our appointed payment service providers and e-commerce platform. Bok Seng Group does not directly store complete credit or debit card details on its own servers where payment processing is handled by such third-party providers.
 

Personal information will be collected, used, disclosed and otherwise handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
