Yes. This is the official Bok Seng Group e-store, offering selected merchandise, collectibles and commemorative items.

Are some products limited edition?

Yes. Some items are produced in limited quantities for special occasions, milestones or commemorative events.

These items may not be available through other channels and will not be reproduced once sold out. If you see something you like, we recommend purchasing it while stocks are available.

Can I get a discount?

Our e-store prices are fixed, and we generally do not offer additional discounts.

Bok Seng staff may approach the Human Resource Department for information on applicable staff discounts.

Do you deliver within Singapore?

Yes. Local delivery is available to most Singapore addresses. Certain restricted areas, PO Boxes, freight forwarders and offshore locations are excluded.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to selected overseas destinations. Available shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges are the customer's responsibility.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for order processing. Local delivery generally takes an additional 2 to 7 working days, depending on the courier.

Can I self-collect my order?

Self-collection is only available when specifically offered or arranged with us.

Please do not visit Bok Seng's office or operational premises for collection unless you have received confirmation from us.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We generally do not accept change-of-mind returns.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Are the models exactly the same as the actual vehicles?

Our models are designed to represent the actual Bok Seng vehicles as closely as reasonably possible. As they are scale or brick-built reproductions, there may be minor differences in colour, livery, markings, proportions or details.

Do you have a showroom where I can view the items?

We do not have an official showroom. However, certain items are on display at our office at 5 Tuas Ave 3, Singapore 639405.
